What type of payments do you accept?

All of our transactions go through Shopify, an online payment portal that accepts all major forms of credit/debit cards as well as offers financing.

Is my payment secure if I pay by PayPal/Credit Card?
Yes, Shopify is a highly trusted company!

My credit card isn't working at checkout. What do I do?
You can call us or email us, using the contact form and we will help you immediately.

What are your return and exchange policies?
Returns within a 20-day period of receipt of goods will be charged a restocking fee of 25-30%, depending on product. Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

What if my product is damaged?
Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any manufacturer defects within 10 days for a replacement. Damages must be returned within the original packaging. Before shipping, please supply proof of damage or defect, with a photograph of the package and/or product. Return shipping is not covered.

Do I have warranty?
Warranties are for 20 days.

Do you have a customer support department?
Yes, we are available from 9am-5pm MST. Monday - Friday.

Can I call customer service?
