Return Policy:
If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product, one can exchange or refund. There is a 20-day return period for buyer remorse. All buyer remorse returns will be accessed a restocking fee of 25-30%, depending on the product. All buyer remorse returns must be in unused, new condition and with original packaging. Customers will be responsible for outbound and return freight for these returns. Once you have contacted us through either email or phone we will then issue instructions on how to return your item.

Damage Policy:
Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any manufacturer defects within 10 days for a replacement. Damages must be returned within the original packaging. Before shipping, please supply proof of damage or defect with a photograph of the package and/or products.

Customers have a 20-day warranty period.

It takes roughly 7-14 days once the item has been received.
